Health Charity Foundation was founded to address the growing health and social challenges faced by the people of South Sudan. In a nation plagued by conflict and economic hardship, HCF empowers vulnerable communities, women in particular, children and the elderly through programs that promote health, education, and sustainable livelihoods.
