HCF is a National Non- Governmental Organization founded to work with communities to address the root causes of health and social issues in the Republic of South Sudan. For a community to thrive, its starts with family to improve the quality of life through education, good health, food security, livelihood, and nutrition. HCF works with communities to empower them and helps create solutions through community stewardship, dialogue sessions and accountability. HCF help create sustainable solutions and remove barriers to good health, education, sustainable livelihoods, food security and nutrition among the communities in South Sudan.
